Important Booking Information

Rates:

• All rates include the "Waldhof-Gourmet-Half Board" accommodation for adults and children in our lovely hotel restaurant. In winter our 5-course menu is included, in summer a 4-course menu can be booked for a surcharge of EUR 40,- (also possible with Vitality-Connoisseur's breakfast only). 
• The rates are charged per person per day, and include 10% value added tax, yet does not include the local tax which is charged seperately at EUR 5 per adult per day.
• We charge EUR 20 per day for all pets staying at the Hotel Waldhof.
• For reasons of sustainability, we ask you to bring your own slippers. If required, please ask at the reception.

Arrival and Departure:

The rooms and apartments are available to you as from 3 pm. For all early arrivals we offer a luggage storage area and you can even enjoy some breakfast here before heading out for a day in the mountains. Feel free to use our facilities to get changed, and enjoy our common rooms while your room is made ready for your stay. Departure time for our guests is at 11.30 am.

Shuttle to the ski resort:

We are happy to take you to the town centre with our shuttle bus, directly to the Galzigbahn lift station. For your convenience, you can choose to deposit your skis and ski boots at the Sport Alber and Sport Jennewein sports equipment stores free of charge. After a fun day of skiing you can catch the local bus – line no. 3 "Mooserkreuz" from the bus stop "Stadle" – to the bus stop located a mere 3-minute walk from our house. The bus also can take you into town and runs every ten minutes.

Our hotel also offers you the opportunity to store your sports equipment in the ski storage room.

Payment methods:

Cash or debit card (please ensure your card's daily allowance limit is set appropriately) and a deposit of 50% of the total cost should please be transferred to our bank account at the Volksbank St. Anton to secure your booking.

For all credit card payments there is a 2% surcharge which is added to the total cost of the room and the limit is set at a maximum of EUR 20. No reimbursements are possible for the deposit.

Cancellation fee:

Upon cancellation of reserved accommodation by the client, the following terms and conditions apply:

• Up to 1 month prior to arrival: 0%
• Up to 2 weeks prior to arrival: 50%
• Up to the day of arrival: 80%

Cancellation insurance:

It is not uncommon for things to turn out differently than you think and the booked holiday has to be canceled or prematurely terminated. We would like to spare you these financial disadvantages and the associated hassle! As a special service, we offer Hotelstorno Plus and Hotelstorno Premium insurance (including helicopter rescue costs). The insurance not only covers any cancellation or trip interruption costs, but also offers you more security for your holiday in Austria. You can take out this insurance with your ON-BOOKING. New: Extended COVID coverage!

Reservations:

We will confirm your reservation after receiving a deposit of 50% of the total cost of your accommodation. The deposit has to be paid within the required time frame to ensure a confirmation of your booking.

Parking:

We offer our guests the opportunity to park at our spacious parking area directly at the hotel, and also have a parking garage available.

Wellness area:

After a fantastic day spent in the mountains you can relax and unwind in our beautiful wellness area. Choose your favourite wellness treatment: the Finnish sauna, bio-sauna, infra-red cabin, or the steam room. Spend some time in the calm ambience of the relaxation room with stunning views of the picturesque mountain landscape and the "Rendl" ski resort. Have a cup of tea or coffee and chat about the day's events.

During summer our gorgeous sunny terrace is a popular place to sit down and relax after an exciting day in this marvellous region. Take in the lovely sunrays and enjoy the peaceful environment and nature surrounding you.
